Infrastructure & Facilities
The highlight of our Infrastructure and facility is that we have In-house Facilities for all the processes in gear manufacturing from cutting of steel to packing of finished gear. This helps us in manufacturing quality products and reducing lead time for our New Product Development.
Forge Shop
Our Forge Shop consists of five belt drop forging hammers ranging from 1 ton To 3.5 Ton. Any component from 0.5 kg to 40 kg weight can be taken up for mass production. Our installed capacity is 1000 MT per month.
Tool Room and Design
We have fully functional tool room with VMC, CNC, Shaper, Grinders etc. All the forging dies are designed and made In-House in this facility.
Machine Shop
Our Machine Shop has CNC, VMC, Broching, Drilling Machines etc. We have all the necessary facilities to machine the Forged Components produced.
Gear Shop
In Our Gear Shop we have all the facilities like CNC Hobbing, CNC Gear Shaving, CNC Gear shaper, rounding, chamfering etc. We can manufacture helical and spur gears. Total Installed capacity of Gear’s and Shaft’s is 1,50,000 Nos per month.
Heat Treatment
We have all the Heat Treatment facilities like Normalising, ISO Annealing, Annealing, Hardening & Tempering, Gas carburising etc In-house.
Lab
We have fully functional lab with installed machines like Spectro Meter, Brinell Hardness Tester, Rockwell Hardness Tester, Micro Vickers tester, Microscope with image Analyser, Magna Flux Machine etc.
Specific Measuring Instruments
We have wide range of specific measuring instruments like CNC Gear Tester, CMM, XRF Gun, Bench Centre’s, Contour Tracer, Roughness Tester, CNC Gear Rolling Tester, Millipore Testing Machine etc.
